any one else start 30 DS in may?
I'm on level 2 day 2. I took two rest days during level 1. I felt bored with it. I so far love level 2 and I think I will be able to stick with it straight through. We are going camping this weekend so I may not be able to do saturday. but we will see. Any one else out there??

On April 12th I had a D&C after my miscarriage and decided then I was going to change my life and get healthy so I can hopefully have another successful pregnancy. The first picture is April 15th the second is today May 21.

I'm new to this
and would like some information. I've done a lot of research so I think I know, but I'm not 100% sure. What exactly is BMR? And should my calories go below that number? How much water is too much water? They may seem like dumn questions and I'm sorry if they are.

If you don't have a heart rate monitor what do you log it under? I used a website called fit chick or something and it says I burned 300+ calories. I'm 5'2 about 166. I do sweat A LOT.
