and would like some information. I've done a lot of research so I think I know, but I'm not 100% sure. What exactly is BMR? And should my calories go below that number? How much water is too much water? They may seem like dumn questions and I'm sorry if they are.

BMR = Basal Metabolic rate That basically the number of calories your body burns just for vital functions. To calculate your needed calorie intake i use the Mifflin formula. It will give you your BMR then you multiply it by your activity level and substract 500 calories from it to lose 1 pound per week.

Thank you for the information! right now I drink around 10-15 cups of water a day. is there a thing as too much water?0

No i don't think so , if you drink too much water your body will flush it out like it always do0

There is such a thing as water intoxication but you'd have to drink way more than 10 - 15 cups to get there. I drink a minimum of 10 cups a day. Drink your water, it's good for you.0
