Hey guys, I am currently starting a new personal challenge of eating clean or as clean as possible for 150 days. Anyone have any tips or ideas to share? First attempt at this. Thanks.

Sugar Help
My post workout supplement has 34g of sugar. I intake a great deal of fruit like bananas, apples, and clementines and my sugar intake is well over 65g a day. Because half or more is from fruit, will this negatively affect me? Anyone know?

Rest Days
Just curious, how many days off to you give yourself after training? I've been working out 5-6 times a week and only taking one day off. Even though my routine is based on training different body parts, I think I should be on 4 off 3? Thoughts?
