Rest Days

Just curious, how many days off to you give yourself after training? I've been working out 5-6 times a week and only taking one day off. Even though my routine is based on training different body parts, I think I should be on 4 off 3? Thoughts?

I think, and I'm not an expert, this is just my opinion....that it might depend on the intensity of your workouts.....if you workout pretty hardcore, then maybe 2-3 rest days would be good.....but if your workouts are pretty low intensity then 1 rest day would be good.....again....I'm no expert....0
