Help Needed! Very Frustrated.
I have really cleaned up my eating habits. I have reduced my carbs. Eating protein and vegetables. Almost elimated sugar. No diet soda. Exercise daily and have not been able to lose a pound. Training for 5K - Anyone on board?
I currently weigh 225, and I have started training for my second 5k. Looking for an improved time. Since I am running faster, I feel like I am starting all over. Anyone want to join me? I am full of advice and encouragement, especially if you are training for your first. I can honestly say...I am hooked. :)

Just joined. I have been on a horrible lose and gain over the last year and hoping this will give me a little more support to stay on track.
