Training for 5K - Anyone on board?

I currently weigh 225, and I have started training for my second 5k. Looking for an improved time. Since I am running faster, I feel like I am starting all over. Anyone want to join me? I am full of advice and encouragement, especially if you are training for your first. I can honestly say...I am hooked. :)

    Zen Labs - C25k App - I just completed the 10k version and I'm in love with their products.

    Runkeeper - Tracks your pace, distance and route.
