C. Diff Infection
I am still recoving from a c. diff infection that I contracted last October, post surgery. Does anybody have tips or experience that they want to share? I am currently taking a very good probiotic, but am still having intermittent pains daily.

Yes! I know! But! My upper body is very slender. I need to lose a couple of inches in my butt and thighs, I have 4 months to do it. Will doing squats only make this area bigger? Recommendations?

Happy Halloween???
I just wanted to put some words of encouragement out there for those of us who cannot resist Halloween candy. My kids are grown now, and will not be bringing loads of candy into my house, thank God! I remember this time of year being very difficult for me. I was constantly sneaking into my kids' stash.
