Anyone maintain weight with weightlifting alone?
Currently doing an all over weightlifting routine 3x week, with 20 mins cardio at the end. Needing to reduce the amount of time I spend at the gym and really detest cardio! I've been at maintenance for a year now and happy with how my body is. Does anyone else use weightlifting alone to maintain figure? What is your regime?

Just wondered what people's opinion is on the best calorie calculator. I've used iifym.com and Scooby workshop and there is a 200 cal difference between them for the stats I've entered.

Determining activity level
I'm using a calorie calculator to check my intake. But I'm not sure what activity level is applicable to me. There are two that could be possible.
