Determining activity level

I'm using a calorie calculator to check my intake. But I'm not sure what activity level is applicable to me. There are two that could be possible. Lightly moderate 1-3 hours a week of light exercise, 3-5 hours of moderate exercise per week. How do I know what is light and moderate!!

I am a stay at home mum, I am on my feet all day, except maybe one hour. I work out three hours a week, workouts consist of 1.5 hours cardio, 1.5 hours weights. Plus two 45 mins sessions a week of Taekwondo (although alot of these sessions are spent standing around). I wouldn't say Taekwondo was a strenuous workout, so would I be in the 1-3 hours of lightly active category due to my 3 hours at the gym? Or 3-5 moderate because I am on my feet all day?

I would do moderate since you're running around all day. Try that for a while and reassess after a few weeks to see if it's working for you.
