why does losing weight have to be so hard?
I'm finding it to be really difficult. I didn't realize I had to weigh food, including fruit. I just assumed that eating fruit was good, no matter how much I eat of it. I find it hard to eat exactly 1, 610 calories a day, I'm always below that amount and I still go over my sugar limit. I lack variety and I have no idea…

Motivation to exercise?
I'm an incredibly lazy person, like, really really lazy and I usually dread working out and find an excuse not to do it. How do you find the motivation? What do you tell yourself when you don't feel like working out? Any tips?

Is weighing food vital for losing weight?
I know nothing about weighing foods, what ounces are etc. Is it vital to weigh food? I usually just get one handful of things and put them on my plate. Am I doing something wrong?

When is the best time to exercise?
I usually exercise after lunch (12pm) for an hour or so but I'm not sure if that's right.. or doesn't it really matter? :-)

Will I get loose skin after weight loss?
I'm only 18, 5'7, 181 lbs and my goal weight is 130 lbs. I'm on a calorie controlled diet, normal healthy eating, all that stuff. I'm just really scared to get loose skin because I can't afford the money to get surgery if it happens. Will I get loose skin, even if I do workouts such as zumba, 30 day shred etc. ?

I'm scared of quitting like last time?
I have very poor self control. I have been trying to eat clean and exercise a few times before but I lost all motivation and gave into temptations. This time is different because I've realized how determined I am now but I'm so scared I'll quit again. What should I do?
