Knee question
When I bend my knees (squats, etc), they make this creaky/poppish .. it doesn't really hurt. It's pretty loud though and it happens every single time. Anyone else experience this and find something that helps?? Anything I should do to prevent injury?

same workout / less calories burn ????
I've been doing the same walk/jog intervals on my treadmill for about 2 weeks (4-5 days a week). Now according to my Polar HRM, the same workout is burning quite a few less calories... I'm guessing that means I need to step it up a notch during my workout?? Or could my HRM be going bad?

I started this program last night (hope to actually finish it this time). I have 2 problems... I have hyperextended tendons in my left wrist.. and I can't bear the weight on it for a push-up? Need help -- "interval training"
I've heard that Treadmill Interval Training is the quickest way to really burn fat.. and it helps build your endurance for longer runs. Well, I've just started and sorta made up my own routine (don't laugh) .. I walk about 2.5 mph for 5 mins to warm up.. then jog at 4 mph for 2 mins.. then walk 2.5 mph for 5 mins then jog…
