PROTEIN
OK , I HAVE FIGURE OUT AWAY TO BALANCE OUT MY CARBS,FAT,C ALORIES.......BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH GOING OVER MY PROTEIN .IT'S MY UNDERSTANDING THAT PROTEIN IS HARD TO BREAK DOWN IN YOUR MEBS .SO WILL WHAT HAPPEN WHEN YOU KEEP GOING OVER PROTEIN COUNT.

I Have a question i been depressed for the last 2days and haven't been able to eat my calorie will that effect me losing weight . I am suppose to eat 1440 calories a day i been only take in 800 aday.can some one help me !

Ok , I have lost 8 pounds so far I am happy about that but I am having a problem can so one help me. Inner thigh exercise
Do any one have good tips for inner thigh exercise , I work out 4x a week for 30 minutes I only do the elliptical machine and sometime the bicycle machine. I feel like I am gaining more muscle than losing weight ....plz help me ?
