Hi Is there some way I can remove foods/meals from my lists ...the lists are getting so long and there are quite a lot of things on there that I don't eat any more

Stuck!
I seem to be stuck between 169 (12 stone 11lbs) and 170 pounds (12 stone12lbs) at the moment even though sticking to my portion cutting and moving more ....calories usually hit my goal so a bit disappointed having got all excited about my weight loss! I know I have to keep going but its disheartening!
