Goals and motivation?
Put on a stone over 2 years, want to drop a dress size and get back to my old measurements while getting fit (so I'm not that worried about weight). Current stats: 11st, 36-30-39 (bust-waist-hips) Where I want to end up: 10st (ish), 34-27/8-36/7 What about everyone else?

Currently, I'm 154lb (11st). I do an hour of karate a week and a 30-45min walk over hills each day, usually eat 1200 calories net or under, and measure 36-29-38 (bust-waist-hips), uk 12. How fit will this make me and how long would it take to get down to 34-27-36 (uk size 10)

Unfit & Beginner
I don't have access to a gym and my time for working out is limited. My fitness is terrible, especially stamina and arm strength. I can't even do a single push-up properly.
