Tons of weight gone and still going!
I am 23 years old. I have been overweight all my life. At age 19 I was 300+ pounds. Now, a couple years later here I am 81 pounds gone off my body! It has been quite the journey, but it was one worth waiting for. Now I exercise daily and lift weights. Please feel free to share your story below!!

Polar FT4 Heart Rate Monitor + Watch
I just purchased a Polar FT4 today as part of my exercise and workouts. I tested it out today by doing some interval running around my neighborhood for 15 minutes. It claims that I burned 170 calories (not sure how accurate that is). Does anyone on here have this device and use it all the time?

Need to Lose 47.5 pounds!!
I need to lose 47.5 pounds to finally get to my goal weight of 180 lbs. I started at 300!!! Anyone have a suggestion of how to do so? I am going to the gym now and lifting (3x a week) as well as cardio (7x a week). Any helpful hints or suggestions about something I can change?
