Need That Extra Push

Hey all! I need that extra push. I seem to be losing at a slow rate if at all it seems. I work out with a personal trainer 3x per week, eat right and do not drink soda, alcohol (moderation) and haven't touched fast food since I started on MFP.

I started off in September 2011 at 300 pounds.
I am currently hanging out around 197-200 pounds.
My goal weight is 170-185 pounds, depending on which one makes me look best.

I also seem to be having an issue with fluid retention big time. I fluctuate as much as 6 pounds in a day (heavier).

I know it's what's known as a "false gain", but I need that extra help on losing the last bit of my weight.

Anybody have some advice or want to add me as a friend to help push me a little?? I am hoping to meet my goal weight sometime this summer if possible.

Any little bit of advice helps.
