spectacular fall of the wagon :( bank holiday weekend disast
I was doing really well before the Bank holiday and then its all fallen apart! ive been training to run a 10k race n ive only been running once since thurs and ive been eating a ridiculouse amount of food and drinking even more!! i need some encouragement please :) Xx

activity level... waht am i?!
ive put my self as a sedentary as i have a desk job and dont move to much durring the day. I do walk to and from work which takes about 40 minutes at 3.5mph... i recon about 2 1/2 miles... but ive just added that as extra excersize as the rest of the time i sit on my a**s!! is this right du think?
