activity level... waht am i?!

ive put my self as a sedentary as i have a desk job and dont move to much durring the day. I do walk to and from work which takes about 40 minutes at 3.5mph... i recon about 2 1/2 miles... but ive just added that as extra excersize as the rest of the time i sit on my a**s!! is this right du think?

    I do the same as you- sit at my desk all day, but walk to and from work- and I log it as extra exercise too!

  • That sounds about right. It's probably more accurate, or at least a more conservative method of tracking your daily calories.
