Can anyone tell me the secret to tricep pushups?
I'm not sure where hands should be, I think I know how elbows should line up (pointing back?) But not sure about body alignment should be. I've been (trying)doing them on knees, but they are sooo dang hard. I just feel like there's a sweet spot where it should feel semi-natural. I appreciate any help- thanks!

I have a big butt. What exercises should I avoid?
I've heard a doc on tv say that spinning can create a bigger tush. Any truth to that? Also, are there any other exercises to be avoided? I know most of the junk in my trunk is fat, just don't want to bulk up those muscles either. Thanks!

Why is maintaining weight loss harder than losing weight?
Sorry if this is a silly question, but I've heard so many people say this (on tv) and wondered why people feel this is true. I seem to have lost and gained the same 10 lbs. a lot when I was younger, now I've got quite a few more to lose. I REALLY don't want to gain it back after working so hard.

yummy and nutritious protein/meal replacement shake?
I want to try shakes (mainly for a filling, low-cal breakfast) but don't want to spend a ton of moo-lah trying to find a good tasting one. What do you all like? Something I can find in a retail store, if possible :)

Does everyone log their exercise?
I have been logging my exercise but i'm losing soo slowly. My calorie allowance is 1420, then log exercise (between 300-400 usually.) This allows me 1700-1800 calories. I'm 172 lbs, should I just eat 1420, keep exercising and see how it goes? Thx in advance :)
