Advice on making good food choices during stressful times?

I feel like I have so much on my plate right now (my "to do" list-ha!) that I've been slipping on the nutrition side. I've been caving to my sweets cravings, not eating as many fruits/veggies as I should, relying on convenience foods, etc. Any advice on what brings you out of a nutrition slump like this? I've lost 15 lbs on MFP (18 total) which is more than I could do on my own. I am feeling a lot leaner, more fit, and so I may be subconsciously thinking it's ok to slip a little. I want to lose 20 more lbs, so I still have more work to do. I feel like I don't have the time & energy to concentrate on nutrition/fitness and I don't like it. Thanks for any comments!
