My dad and I love this soy protein shake that we get at Costco but lately we've been hearing that too much soy is a bad thing. Apparently it contains hormones that aren't good for you in high doses. Does anyone know anything about this? And how much is too much if that is the case?
I love using the elliptical machine but my feet go numb after awhile! I've tried different shoes and tying my laces differently without any luck. Last night I tried keeping my weight on the heel of my foot and it seemed to help but made my shins hurt. Any advice?
