I need to get into a good routine! No more excuses. I work shift work 2 days 2 nights then 5 off.......I have 4 kids all 12 and under.........a husband,.....a house to run and I am exhausted. Hi everyone, Just wanted to share that I started eating "clean" 3 days ago and I feel great (no processed foods, lots of fruit and veggies, lean meats and water) I really like how in control I feel and how healthy I feel. Just wanted to share :)

Yoga
So I just did a 30 min video "yoga for weight loss" lots of stretching etc......and when I went to log it it said I burned 112 cals......does that seem right to you? Seems high to me. BTW I just love this work out esp after doing lots of cardio.

Well here I am 2 pounds up again this week. I lose 2 I gain 2 and on and on it goes.
