Hi everyone, Just wanted to share that I started eating "clean" 3 days ago and I feel great (no processed foods, lots of fruit and veggies, lean meats and water) I really like how in control I feel and how healthy I feel. Just wanted to share :)
So I just did a 30 min video "yoga for weight loss" lots of stretching etc......and when I went to log it it said I burned 112 cals......does that seem right to you? Seems high to me. BTW I just love this work out esp after doing lots of cardio.
