I did it! I got up at 6:40am and hit the gym for just over an hour!! Thanks for all you ideas and support!! Tomorrow I will be up at 5am :))))))))

Thanks for you all your replies. You are all such an inspiration!! I have decided to get up at 5:15am and work out from 5:30 till aprox 7:00am most days of the week. Any chance you have a bladder infection? I have the same problem......ever since having kids. I can't run and if I move fast (like in playing soccer) I leak. So ya no fun. I would talk to your doctor. There are also kegal exercises you can do. But 1st rule out anything with your doctor. Good luck!

I totally did the same thing (and still fight it sometimes) For me I switched my thought process. I am not doing this to lose weight......to look good in a pair of jeans etc......(that is just the icing on the cake) I am doing this for me, for my health, to show my kids how to be healthy. I want to feel good about myself…

Awesome, good job!! I still can't get over how good I feel.......no more highs and lows in my blood sugar, I am eating really healthy and I am not even missing the "bad" stuff............Down 3 pounds my 1st weigh in yay.

IMO 661 is not enough to fuel your body. You need carbs to feed your brain, just pick healthy ones and try adding more protien. I am off to read the links that were added to this post :)
