I'm a 5'7" female, 22 years old. Normally eat 700-800 calories a day and exercising regularily (40 mins of walking, 6 days a week plus an active lifestyle (aka lots of outdoor work as well as carrying my 18 lb baby around). Decreased carbs = constipation?!
Approx 2 months ago, I decreased my carbs to mainly those found in fruits/veggies (NO breads, granola, or gluten at all), and increased protein intake (yes, and healthy fats). I thought this was supposed to be a good idea, but since then I've had *horrible* constipation... any advice? What am I doing wrong?

Under calorie goal and gaining?!?!
So, according to MFP I'm way under my caloric intake goal. Someone mentioned that being not eating enough calories puts your body in starvation mode and keeps you from loosing weight. Not reaching calorie goal - what's wrong?
I'm new to the forum but according to this, I'm not eating enough calories (breastfeeding 6 month old and exercising at least 6 days a week). This is only my third day but so far I've been over a 1,000 calories "under". Did this happen to anyone else? How accurate is the calorie counter? Any help would be appreciated.…

Breastfeeding mothers???
Any breastfeeding mothers out there? I'm new to myfitnesspal and am wondering how many calories you put in as your goal? (nursing 6 month old, she's eating 1 meal solids but still nurses 5-7 times a day). Do you put "breastfeeding" as an exercise??
