I've done a lot of working out over the years (walking being my fav). However, recently I've been inspired to try some more toning so just started Jillian Michaels' 6w6p and have *gained* 2 1/2 lbs in 2 weeks!! Is this normal? I'm def eating calorie deficit and my clothes aren't getting tighter but the scale's just climbing!! What's going on?
