Eating less then 1200 calories per day but not hungry!
I am aiming to eat roughly 1200 calories a day but often find that I am full after around 1000. Is it bad to be eating this few calories despite actually being full?

Carbohydrate nightmare
I am aiming to eat ~1400 calories per day. Does it matter if these calories are made up of a lot of carbohydrates like bread, or even things like cheese as long as I don't go over the calorie limit? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
