Wanting to lose thigh/hip weight

Hi guys!

I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on the best way to lose fat from my thighs hips. Right now I am just doing cardio, and have been doing it for roughly an hour three times a week, and I have noticed belly weight disappearing but not any from my thighs and hips!

If anyone has tips or exercises which will target these areas I'd be really grateful, thank you!!

    I like squats and deadlifts. Also, bench press and overhead press to target the core. Keep adding weight to those lifts, and stay in a small calorie deficit, and I think you'll get results you'll like.

    There's no way to target weight/fat loss. Different people lose weight from different places. I first lose off my waist and bust, then hips. Lower your body fat percentage and you will see movement in the tape measure everywhere (eventually).

    I'm the same way. I just started to slowly see the tape measure move around my hips and thighs. but my boobs are getting smaller by the day lol
