Has any one gone overboard after breaking their fast or on the day after their fast? I did reasonably well when breaking my fast, but found myself uber hungry the next day. Near a 22 hour fast last tuesday, and then 23 hour fast on thursday. but wednesday and Friday, I ate....very irresponsibly. How do you keep yourself to…

How do you log your exercise for P90X2/P90X?

So question for the masses... Is it better to eat at a slight deficit of your tdee to lose weight or is it better to eat at your tdee and create a deficit with your exercise? Disclaimer:I am not a professional even though i've stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.

Tracking sugar in MFP
Has anyone actually tracked their sugar before? MFP gives you a very small amount. So does that mean of the carbs you get, that most of it has to be from vegetables? Non-starchy?

morning or evening workouts-what works best for you and why?
