How do you figure calories burned w/workout DVD?
Hi! I have been doing workouts I find on Youtube. They are by Pop Sugar Fitness. The one I am doing today is a 40 minute metabolism boosting workout. I do not have a heart rate monitor, fitbit, etc... so what is the best way to measure and record calories burned from these workouts in MFP until I get one of these? Thanks…
