I was once an 8. 3 years ago as a matter of fact. 5.8 lbs from my goal. I was THAT close!
I started a new job. That job had a less consistent schedule than the one I had previously. My workouts trickled from 5 days a week, to 3, to 1.
And the weight crept back on...slowly at first. But after a year, I had gained back much of what I had worked so hard to lose.
And I have been on this wonderful ride since.... get in a workout routine, keep a journal, buy more healthy foods... get busy, stop writing down everything, making bad snacking choices. You get the picture!
If you've been there, if you can relate, if you've found a way to succeed after being on this ride, I'd love to have your support and motivation!
I love how MFP is set up, and I hope I can stay committed to getting back to my 8 and meeting my goals!
