Dehydration / Running!!
How does everyone gauge how much water to drink after a run? I drank two big glasses last night after my run and still woke up this morning with what I have deemed my "hangover headache". After about 32oz of water and a half hour, the headache was gone. How could have I prevented this without drownding myself last night?

Graduate / First Time Post
This is the first I have posted in this area, but finished C25K about 2 weeks ago with a 33:00 / 3.1mile run. I have since kept doing it 3x a week with the hopes of just improving my time. How many sticks of butter....
Sometimes its helps me to "picture" my weight loss in other forms. I like sticks of butter. As of this morning, I have lost 80 sticks of butter. Imagine THAT sitting on a table! How many have you lost!!?!?!? (Stick of butter is 1/4 a pound btw).
