So open my car door and then notice i left a house window open, so I sit the lunch in the car and when I get back....yeah. First I was glad i hadn't smooshed blue berries on my clothes...then I was glad the lunch was okay. Whew! haha.

stretching is very important. sometimes you have to have faith in the process. Give it a shot...you might feel like a million dollars.

Let me go back to the running for a moment. especialliy for the beginner dont hesitate to take a break and "ease" yourself into running in a hot climate. its a little different. Its also important you take extra precautions to hydrate. I went for my run last night in the extreme heat, and lost almost 4 pounds in 3.5 miles…

I think the summer weather whomped me for sure. Its good to know I am not the only one that suffers with something that seems so basic. I don't think beer is the answer, but maybe some gatorade :)

Im doing c25k now. I am only in week 1 - but it seems manageable and I even have a 9 year old partner. :)

it was an anomole but still....thats a lot for what i thought seemed harmless. Its cool. light dinner and a little extra burn and ill be in good shape!

I have had success with both. BUT....1. Its free. 2. I don't have to lug around a "points calculator" 3. The support is much better here than anywhere!!!! Save the money and put it in retirement so you can take your beach body on Vacation. :)

Thanks. I looked at bodybuilding.com but didn't get to take too close a look at it. I also thought about doing an Insanity or p90x type workout but might be a little nervous about that.
