My first minor set back

After graduating from C25k and really doing well - eating good ... losing...running....about a week ago I was merely brushing my teeth when my lower back decided to spasm. Its been days and I haven't done too much other than stretch and keep my calorie intake at the sedentary level - WHAT A BUMMER. I was going to run my first 5k this weekend -and now my logical brain says to wait this one out. (Yes I could walk it - that would probably depress me).
So hopefully tomorrow I will take a baby jog and jump back on the horse. No use over doing it as I dont want to be in old man mode for any longer than I have to me (picture me hunched half way over) ha.
