I am doing great on the diet, doing great on the cardio 2-3 times per week. I would like to build some muscle but I don't know where to start. Its hard for me to make it to a gym everyday, but I know there are a lot of programs/routines out there where you only need your own body...or simple supplies. Im a complete noob when it comes to weight training of anykind, but the ambition is there...I just don't want to hurt myself and do more harm than good.

Can anyone reccomend a starting point?

Thanks. I looked at bodybuilding.com but didn't get to take too close a look at it. I also thought about doing an Insanity or p90x type workout but might be a little nervous about that.
