Exercise Question
Ok so tomorrow I will be going to the mall, we will probably be there 3 or 4 hours, i fell that I will be walking at a 2.0 pace. My question is I usually don't walk this much so I want to log it as exercise....what should i do, it won't be continuous walking I know that I will stop to try stuff on. How should I log it?

I used the BMR tool to calculate my calories I burn regularly a day with no exercise...it is 1300. Now if I am suppose to give myself a 500 calorie deficit than eating 800 calories is not starving myself. right?

Do I need to eat a total of 1200 cals or a net 1200 cals to lose weight?? I don't want to gain weight

Ok I have been doing pretty good on losing weight. I've lost 14 lbs, the problem is every time I eat more than 900 calories I gain it back. i am losing it
I guess i'm being unhealthy, lately I've ate 1000 cals or more but less than 1200 and I am gaining weight!!!!!!! If I eat 800 cals a day I lose.....is this bad? But I am also freaking out because I'm gaining and I don't want to i need to lose over 17 pounds to get to my goal weight..........I don't need some one…

how come my weight
how come my weight changes so drastically yesterday i weighed in at 141.8 and then today i weighed in at 143, I did not even go over my calories yesterday. I've been stuck here for two weeks. I exercise and try to stay under my calories. any ideas?
