Hi there I am new to this website obviously
I need to lose about 20lbs to meet my goal weight. I get very discouraged when I don't see my weight going anywhere so I need some help with motivation. I bought a beginner yoga dvd and plan on working out to it. My life is very busy and crazy with school and work. I like to read success stories so if you can tell one let me know

I dont have a success story as of yet, however my weight has fluctuated over the years between what I would like to be, to what I am now. I am not massively overwieght however I feel uncomfortable in my own body and this affects my confidence, social life, and relationships.
I'm here for support and advice and sharing tips n tricks, so feel free to add me and we can encourage each other0
