How often should I measure my body, you know waist, hips, thighs?

I do it once a month.0

I just do it on the weeks where I havent lot weight lol. I think once a month is pretty good.0

It is a judgment call but the most I would do it is once a week as it can fluctuate just like the scale weight from day to day.0

I dont keep a schedule. Never thought to lol. I just do it when I want to. Now that I think about it maybe every two to three weeks...0

I'm only 1 week into using MFP but I'm planning to measure myself once a month as I feel this length of time between measures will give a better indication of the changes to my body shape.0

Thanks for posting this I was wondering the same thing. I took my measurements over a week ago and then measured yesterday and they hadn't changed, even though I had lost 3.4 lbs. I guess I will only measure once a month.0
