Younger people need more calories?
So here's my theory...... The younger you are, the more calories you should eat (taking into consideration you are trying to lose fat) so that you don't ruin your metabolism or make it slower for when you are older.... What do you think?

Eating at TDEE for goal weight to get to goal weight??
I am not sure if this has been talked about before so I'm going to bring it up.. I have a thought... If someone was to eat their maintenance TDEE for their goal weight, if they would lose weight until they got to their goal... What do you think?

Cardio!!
I'm just interested in seeing who does what kind of cardio, how much, how often, and why... :) I do 40 mins around 5 days a week. I do the stair machine, and running, walking, and the precore machine... I do it for cardiovascular health and extra calories burned :) Now you!!!

Don't deprive yourself but don't eat your trigger foods...
I find this to be somewhat of a contradiction, maybe it's just me or maybe not, but that's why I'm posting this..... So they say not to deprive yourself and eat things in moderation or you will end up bingeing... Then there's the people like me who are binge eaters and people tell us not to eat our trigger foods... So full but so thirsty??
Have you ever ate somewhere that made you so thirsty but your so full that you cant drink anymore water? What do you do? I drank a cup of water before and after my meal and now I am so full that it hurts but I am so thirsty!!! ahhhh lol

What do you do with your hair?
I have long hair and I put it in a pony tail but when I work out, but it gets all tangled and nasty from me sweating so much and moving around because I do a lot of burpies and jumping squats, and things like that... What do you do with your hair when you workout??

Curve 1400 cals, cut 1200 cals.

I am so confused on how much I should be eating everyday to have a healthy weight loss of around a lb a week.
