Cardio!!

I'm just interested in seeing who does what kind of cardio, how much, how often, and why... :)
I do 40 mins around 5 days a week. I do the stair machine, and running, walking, and the precore machine... I do it for cardiovascular health and extra calories burned :)

    I do the cardio that is built in to my Jillian Michael's Ripped In 30 DVD.

    Maybe once or twice a week I will do an additional 10-20 minutes HIIT on the treadmill...but not always.

    My goal is to run 3 days a week. 2 runs at 4 miles and 1 is longer (training for a 1/2 so I am at 8 right now). 2 days I do a class of some kind--Body Combat, Step, Zumba for example. 1 day is all strength training with Body Pump

    I do boxing class 3 days a week for an hour each class, plus 2 days of hitting the bag on my own or cycling intervals for about 30-45 minutes. I also do 1-2 cardio lifting class a week, 30-60 minutes each.

    I do about 10 minutes on the elliptical or rowing machine as a warm up about 4 times per week. I go hiking a lot on the weekends also.
