Fitbit??
Hey everyone! Does anyone have a FitBit? I was thinking about getting either the Zip or Flex but dont know the accuracy of either one. Or is there another thats better? I dont wanna spend LOADS of money but I think having one would help with my motivation. Any opinion would be a great help. Thanks :)

Ok so i got the program awhile ago...did it for 2 weeks and then stopped. Now I want to start again...I went to the Beachbody site...logged in..messaged my coach...and that name is no longer available.... Now I dont know what to do...or who to talk to... Smoothie Question
My neighbor just brought over a whole case of blueberries and a whole case of strawberries. I really dont know what Im going to do with all of them but smoothies or juices come to mind. My question is...do I have to use yogurt? I dont always have some available.

Cascade Ice Sparkling Water
Ok so I have these three 2 liters of this sparkling water...3 different flavors. The only one Ive tried is the raspberry lemon and OMG...very hard to get past the taste. Is there ANYTHING that I can do to make it taste better...besides adding juice? Is it just a taste u have to get used to?

OK, so its friday and I decided to have a few drinks. Usually, I make my drinks with about 4ounces of vodka and 8 ounces of whatever Im mixing it with. Does that seem like too much?

Soo confused! Please help!
My BMR is 1,558...Im having a really hard time figuring out what I should be eating. MFP says 1200 but now that Im reading more and more...I think Im starving myself..? Im needing to lose about 70 lbs...and go to the gym maybe 2-3 a week as of right now. Any ideas?

Too much cardio? Not enough weights?
So Im finding that when I go to the gym, I usually do about 20 mins on the elliptical (thats all Ive been able to build myself up to) and then I hit the treadmill for about 30 mins before hitting the weights. By that time, I feel so drained that Im not spending as much time with the weights. Im trying to lose about 70 lbs…

Just wondering how long of a drive you do to get to the gym to workout? Me and my brother drive about 30mins away currently and some people look at us like we are crazy...but its the cheapest gym we could find.

HELP! The Weekend Ruins Me!!!
So I seem to do really well during the week. I stay to my diet, watch what I eat and drink mostly water. The weekend comes, Im more hungry than usual, and when everyone around me drinks, I drink. Anyone have any tips for getting thru the weekend without temptation? I really want to succeed in this.
