I love snacking!
I love snacking! Since I've changed my eating habits, I've been snacking much less than I use too. I still get cravings to snack while I'm at work (I don't usually snack at home). What is your go-to, low cal snack?! I need some ideas so I don;t reach for anything bad!

How many calories in one workout?
I have a Nike Fuel Band so it's pretty easy for me to track. If I'm working out for an hour, I try to burn at least 500. How many calories do you typically try to burn in one workout?
