No more soda = How much weight lost???
Okaaay so I love my soda. I really need to lose weight tho so im starting to drink diet soda and water. About how much weight do you think can be lost by just doing that? I mean I want to eat better and exercise too but... How much do you think just not drinking soda can help me!?!? Thanks!! :)

Are there any vitamins that help with weight loss? Ive been taking B12 and it gives me energy. But is there anything else? I am starting a multivitamin also.

Is it possible!?
Is it possible to lose 4 pounds in just 3 days of this diet? Or is it just my scale ****ing up!? lol Before I ate probably about 3000 or more calories a day so.. Maybe just slacking off has helped me a little so far? Idk.. But please don't leave smart *kitten* comments.. I'm looking for support.
