Vitamins??

Are there any vitamins that help with weight loss?
Ive been taking B12 and it gives me energy.
But is there anything else?
I am starting a multivitamin also.

    short answer to your question, no
    There is no vitamin that makes you lose body weight.

    If you eat at a deficit, you will lose body weight ( calories burned > calories ingested).

    I use vitamins as a supplement to my daily nutrition plan (i.e. I take Fish Oil if I will not eat fish, I will take Vitamin C if I will not have any food with Vitamin C, etc). I prefer to munch my daily vitamins.

    chromium picolinate I think speeds up the metabolism.

    No not really, You'll hear a lot of nonsense about that. It's just as socioseguro said. Vitamins should only fill what you are lacking in your diet.
