141 LBS & Can't Get Past It on My Scale
I have been at 141 lbs. now for about 5 weeks and can't seem to make the scale move past it no matter how I have changed up my eating and uped my excercise. This is driving me nuts. My goal weight is 125-130 so I don't have much more to lose but just can't seem to get past the 141! Any suggetions?

.50 lb Gone
Finally after coming home from Albuquerque and not being able to excercise or eat right due to my treadmill not working and my mom in the hospital for over 3 weeks I am on the right track of losing again. I just got my treadmill fixed Monday as well as got back to eating right and today my scale showed it!
