Aerobic Kickboxing

:smile: I just wanted to pass along how wonderful Aerobic Kickboxing is for losing weight and firming up all areas of your body!

I just started a week ago and can feel the difference already. If anyone has a chance to joing a Aerobic Kickboxing class you need to do it! At start of class you do warm ups from top of your head to your feet, then you do the areobic kickboxing for 30 minutes. After the aerobic kickboxing you do sit-ups, push-ups and numberous leg lifts followed by stretching and cool down. All in in the class takes 45 minutes of wonderful toning and sweating!:grumble:

    I take a class like this at my gym. Between that and the circuit training class that I added to my repertoire, I can tell the difference. Both get the WHOLE body involved. They are great!
