trying to figure out nutrition
I can usually stay under my calorie count 75 percent of the time so I'm not to concerned about calories that I eat. Sodium
I just looked at my reports mainly to see how I was doing on my for my nutrition side on things. Sodium was the only thing that I haven't been under more than once here and there and that's because I haven't tracked most of those days. Is there something I should be doing or eating to lower this?

Hey I'm trying to figure out a new fitness routine and was just curious what everybody else is doing? Mainly for how long and what kind of exercises everybody was doing in that time frame. I've got about 45 at the gym 3 days a week to do it in. I want to make every minute count and then some.

I currently work in the food shipping business and I dont mean resturants delivery. nutritional breakfast ideas
I usually have a bowl of cereal, usually whatever's in the house, and skim milk for breakfast in the morning. Sometimes I crave more than just that serving of cereal. I was curious is there was something nutritional and filling I can in the morning. Time is no concern of mine in the morning.

I just recently had a kid recently and my gym will only allow babysitting for kids 1 year olds and older. Would like to get my weight lifting in but am limited to walking. Any parents have any suggestions for how I can get my exercise's in?

Should it count toward my cardio?
I currenty work at a warehouse and I'm on my feet all day. I walk for about half of it and am lifting cases repeatedly several hundred times throughout the day. The cases weigh anywhere from 20 - 60 pounds a case. Should I be counting this towards my exercise? If so how because nothing's really continuos?
