    You should probably use the huge MFP Food Database.

    I have this problem all the time. What's worse is there are no nutritional values posted anywhere online and it's not in the database. What do you do in that situation...? :( I've been looking for things that are similar, but...

    Post your items here and let people help if you really can't find it from the company website/google/MFP database

    But yes, when in doubt, find something similar
