I can usually stay under my calorie count 75 percent of the time so I'm not to concerned about calories that I eat. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out my carbs, fats, and protein percentages. I'm also having a hard time trying to figure out the best foods for each catagory. I would appreciat any advice or website that would help me out.

If you want to start with one thing -- make sure you are getting enough protein.
Some times that means you might eat less from another category.
This might help.

GO to IIFYM.com and click Calculator, it will give you a general guide line for P/C/F.
There really is no "best" food. Just eat what you like, it's that simple.
Weight loss is from a caloric deficit.... not if you eat homemade "clean" foods as compared to Subway or something.0
