Which app are you using?
I downloaded the free app. For the workout itself, it worked fine. But when I tried to post to FB, it had a fit. And I didn't see any way to sync it to MFP. Although it might be because I was light headed after actually making it through Day 1. :) Is the paid app better?

How is everyone logging calories for this one?
I find this to be much more of a workout than 30DS was. For that, I was logging circuit training, general. How is everyone doing this one?

So, tomorrow is the last day of this challenge. I know some of us are jumping to Ripped in 30....but maybe not everyone. April 29th...and a NSV!
I'm done early today. Level Three is still a nightmare for me, but I got through it. AND.... my work pants....the ones that the buttons all popped off of when I was trying to squeeze myself into....I sewed on new buttons, and they FIT! Comfortably! So, there is hope. :)

April 26th...has anyone noticed weight loss with Level 3?
For most of the 30DS, weight loss has been pretty much elusive for me....about 3 pounds over the entire first 3 weeks. Over the past 3 days, I've lost like a pound and a half. Maybe there's something to all that jumping?!

First of all, Happy Easter! I've slacked for the last two days, and then ate waayyyy too much at my mom's brunch today. So I made myself do level 2, waited an hour, and went back and did level 1. I am tired! But I'm under my calorie goal (for now). :)

April 13th workout
Done! And early (for me at least). Level 2 is going to kill me.

How to enter exercise
I'm very new to this and can't figure out how to enter exercise. I'm doing the 30 day shred. How would I enter this to see how many calories I am burning?
