Hi although I am not new to mfp but I could really do with some friends. I have to admit that without support I have been struggling, on and off I have been dieting. I could just do with a couple of friends to motivate one another. X

Always hungry?
Hello just looking for some advice really. Would any of you take a quick look at my diary and give me tips on what foods would be better for me to eat as I am always hungry, I drink plenty of water and I'm just at a loss, It's not just a little hunger it is stomach cramps of hunger and I feel like quitting :(

Alternatives to Carbs?
Hi, well anyone who looks at my diary will see my diet consists of far too many carbs and too little protein. I'm really struggling on recipes that have low carbs can anyone help? I dont like tomatoes, nuts, red meat. Any ideas?

Can I eat this if it's under my calorie goal
I have 400 calories to spear and I am craving chocolate although I've already had a chocolate cake. My hubby has just got me a chocolate bar which is under 400 kcals, so technically it should be ok to eat and I will still lose weight if it's under my goal? tad confused as I see people on here who ban chocolate completely :s

Will walking help me lose weight?
I don't normally exercise, so I'm trying to ease myself into it, I'm doing 60 minutes of brisk walking every day and 20 sit ups, is this enough to help me lose weight at the beginning. Should I be doing more?
